Knowledge is Powerful

Bishop Clarence Williams • General
Knowing the things of God means being Kingdom-minded. We must start accepting the things that God has done for us and stop walking around in doubt and unbelief.

For years, the body of Christ has been denied things because we've been deceived and blinded by the enemy from the knowledge of God. Knowledge is powerful. The Scriptures read in Daniel 11:32, "…but the people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits."  That's important. We shouldn't sit back and just go along with the flow of things; waiting it out, and just reminiscing on how things used to be.  We are not supposed to be sick, broke, weak, depressed, and so on.  It's time to flow in the things of God. It's time to see miracles in the church. It's time to stop just going through the motions. It's time to see the power of God raise people out of wheelchairs.  It's time to see people supernaturally healed from cancer. I know it sounds crazy to some, but God is a supernatural God. When I go to church, I don't want to be in a social club; I may need someone to lay hands on me.  I want to be where the power of God is.  I want to see the glory of God fall on the people, the worship, the keyboard.  I want to see miracles happen, and not just people going through the motions.  It's time for the glory of God to fall. Some may call us crazy, but we know we're not crazy; just people who've made a commitment to remove all doubt and negativity, and just believe God. Only then will we begin to live the God type of life we are supposed to be living.

Knowing the things of God means being Kingdom-minded. We must start accepting the things that God has done for us and stop walking around in doubt and unbelief. Not to accept all that God has done for us is an indictment against Him. He not only wants to save you, He wants to make you whole and brand new. He wants you to live an abundant lifestyle.  We are spirit beings, and He wants us to be Spirit-led.  Every day we need to make a habit of checking our thoughts and feelings. If you consistently put the Word of God in action, you will grow stronger and stronger every day.

I encourage you to exercise the Word of God into your daily routines. Study the Bible and take time to pray. Once you know the Word, obey the Word, and apply it to your daily life. You can do it; it's not hard. Simply keep His Commandments and live by the Word of God. We are spirit beings, but we also have a carnal nature.  When you study the Word of God and begin to exercise the principals found therein, you strengthen your spirit man. If you don't feed your carnal nature, it will eventually die.  Choose to feed your spirit the Word of God, and watch God transform you into a Kingdom-minded powerful weapon against the enemy.
